Deposit Policy

Cash or cheque can be used as a deposit and must be received within 30 days of the booking date.

• If a credit card number is used, the guest must provide - the full card number, the name on the card, the 3 digit CVV security number from the back of the card (Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard,)
• Under normal circumstances the card will be used as a security.
• The credit card number may be checked to ensure validity.  
• If the guest has not yet arrived at 6.00pm on day of stay, the property may charge the full amount the card to cover the first nights stay.

Minimum Deposit
Unit  -                                   $95.00 as minimum charge for the 1st night     
Guesthouse – 5 bedroom         $350.00 as minimum charge for the 1st night     
Guesthouse & Unit –                $400.00 as minimum charge for the 1st night     

Cancellation Policy  

Guesthouse & Unit Group bookings

‘Heathcote Country Lodge’ will accept a cancellation up to 2pm 30 days prior to the day of arrival, without charging the 1st nights tariff.
