Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 combine to make an excellent unit particularly with its own bathroom, toilet and sitting room.

Ground Floor

7. Bedroom (double bed & single bed).
Bedrooms 6 and 7 combine with a sitting room, kitchenette, bathroom and toilet to form a huge self-contained unit. Situated on the ground floor, it also has its own private entry.
8. Meeting/Dining Room.
(some guests prefer to use this area as a corporate presentation space or a breakfast room).
9. Foyer.
10. Lounge - comfy lounges, TV VCR & DVD players.
11. Sitting room (with coffee and tea making facilities).
12. Gas BBQ, table and chairs make the lawned area an outdoors entertainment paradise.
13. 12.5m swimming pool.
14. This is our party room, affectionately known as the Taj. With two roller doors and carpet, imagination is the only limiting factor for how your group might best utilise this room.
15. Creative Craft workshop area. We also conduct seminars, business meetings.............. Or it is often a giant dining room

The Kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with a commercial stove, microwave, 450 litre refrigerator with freezer. The commercial Laundrette on the ground floor is equipped with 5 washing machines and 2 dryers. A real bonus for active groups, wet weather, and families. A coin-operated billiard/pool table is for the use of all guests. Did we mention off-street parking in a quite neighbourhood?
